Today - on the day of publication- I'm a member of Ruokatoimittajat ry (Finnish Food Writers' Association) and attended this PR event as a food writer (not as an influencer).

Finland's top meat experts has gathered at in central Helsinki to kick off the grilling season at the Meat & Fire BBQ festival. Regardless of the high chance of occasional showers during the day, the culinary teams fired up their grills and accepted the challenge to create a signature dish using the meat products of HK & Kariniemen, that they season with Kikkoman & Rajamäen products.


As someone who loves delicious meat-based dishes and outdoor cooking, I knew that I cannot miss such a unique event that celebrates both! In this article I'd like to preserve the fantastic food I had the opportunity to taste, along with the efforts of the culinary teams.
